Chelsea are offering Michy Batshuayi to a string of clubs, including newly-promoted Leeds United, for a cut-price fee of £25m. The 26-year-old has struggled for game time at Stamford Bridge, with the arrival of Frank Lampard as manager doing nothing to help his cause. Lampard has already snapped up Timo Werner and Hakim Ziyech ahead of next season, forcing the Belgian even further down the pecking order in the Blues forward line. He had been available for transfer in previous seasons, although Chelsea wanted £40m-£50m for him, but now he has just one year left on his contract, they are more than willing to accept £25m for his services
