The Football Association (FA) this morning has announced that the community shield between Liverpool FC and Arsenal or Chelsea will be played August 29.
Also, the 2020/21 English Premier League will kick off September 12.
Sources say the match would attract very limited supporters into Wembley in order to observe social distancing measures while more spectators will be accommodated from October 1.
The match will be immediately followed by an international break from September 2 to 10.
