Dortmund Puts Manchester United In Tight Corner, Gives Club Till Monday To Decide On Jadon Sancho

The protracted transfer saga between Manchester United and Borussia Dortmund on Jadon Sancho is rather heading to the cliff as the German side has given United till Monday to decide on the young England star.

In recent weeks, there have been media speculations with hints that United may finally get Sancho to the theater of dreams but the club has remained silent on the matter.

Pundits claim one major obstacle hindering United from delaying transfer talks with the Bavarians is the €120 million the latter has slammed on Sancho.

According to a reliable source, if Manchester United fail to make a bid that matches Dortmund’s valuation of 120 million euros by Monday, Sancho, 20, will definitely stay with the Black and Yellows for the upcoming season. The BVB bosses will then offer to increase his annual salary from six million euros to ten million euros.

Dortmund are due to leave for their training camp to Bad Ragaz, Switzerland on Monday ahead of the of the new season and sporting director Michael Zorc has always maintained that interested clubs must make a bid before then if they want to sign the England international.

The 20-year-old currently has two years remaining on his Borussia Dortmund contract.
