Manchester United EPL Transfer News
Manchester United have held positive talks with Barcelona over the signing of midfielder Frenkie de Jong and there is a growing belief a deal is moving closer. The two club are slowly closing on a Valuation for the player. However, talks have centred around valuation with both clubs understood to be closer to a compromise. United will not be rushed into a deal and are still prepared to walk away if they don’t get what they feel to be a reasonable price. De Jong is very open to reuniting with his former Ajax manager Erik ten Hag and become United’s first signing of the summer.
Fulham have made an £11million offer for Manchester United midfielder Andreas Pereira. The midfielder who’s on loan at Brazilian club Flamengo. However, now has the option of returning to the Premier League with Marco Silva’s newly-promoted side.
Manchester United interest in Ajax Winger Anthony is been put off by the club’s £80 million valuation of the player.
Arsenal Transfer News
Arsenal have reached an agreement in principle with Manchester City to sign Gabriel Jesus. There is still work to do to finalise the deal, including medical and personal terms but the fee is understood to be £45m. Jesus made his intention clear he wants to move to the Emirates.
Jesus wants to reunite with Mikel Arteta, who would regularly offer individual coaching and advice when serving as assistant to Pep Guardiola. However, this move will benefit both Arsenal and Jesus. As Jesus in need of regular playing time and Arsenal in need of his attacking strengths.
Newcastle Transfer News
Sven Botman is travelling to Newcastle United today to undergo his medical.
The Magpies reached an agreement on Friday with Lille for the £35m transfer of the Dutch defender. However, the 22-year-old will become Newcastle’s third summer signing.
Crystal Palace Transfer News
Crystal Palace have agreed terms with teenager Malcolm Ebiowei. However, the 18-year-old winger will join Crystal Palace on a five-year deal.
Ebiowei had other admirers and chose to play for Crystal Palace.
