Manchester United midfielder Nemanja Matic is prepared to welcome Bruno Fernandes with open arms at the Old Trafford upon his arrival.
The midfielder is expected to move to Manchester United today and Matic can’t wait to play alongside the Sporting Lisbon captain.
Matic was asked by Sport TV about his new teammate.
“I saw some of his games, he is a good player,” said the Serb.
“He has a lot of experience. He played in good leagues and good clubs, I hope he will help the team.”
Matic scored the only goal for Manchester United in the win against Manchester City in the EFL Cup semifinals despite the win Manchester City qualified for the finals on 3-2 aggregate.
