After an impressive eight matches with four goals and one assist for Manchester United, Odion Ighalo is still uncertain if he will continue his romance at Old Trafford.
This uncertainty was buoyed by the £20 million bounty placed on him in March by his parent club, Shanghai Shenhua, the Chinese club he is loaned from and the continuous delay of football action in the English Premier League due to coronavirus pandemic.
As it stands, United is yet to officially present an offer to the Super Eagles’ play maker despite comment from Ole Gunnar Solskjaer who hinted that a deal could be reached between both parties.
Comsmedia learnt that Ighalo’s new contract extension at Shenua will keep him in China till December 2024 where he will be entitled with a whooping £400,000 weekly earning if he returns to the Chinese Super League in July.
