Xavi Plays Down the Return Of Messi
Xavi plays down the return of Leo Messi to Barcelona. The Barcelona Coach refuses to speak about the return of Leo Messi stating that he has a contract with PSG and he can’t push for a player who still have contract with another club. The former midfielder who is trying to rebuild Barcelona for a new era. The Spaniard shaping up for a new season with players like Robert Lewandowski, Raphinha, Kessie, Christensen and a new contract for Dembele.
He made a statement to a news conference in Dallas ahead of Tuesday’s friendly against Juventus at the Cotton Bowl.
“Leo has a contract, so it’s impossible, impossible,”
“It doesn’t make sense to speak about Messi. He is the best player in the world and the best ever. The president has already said that he hopes Messi’s story has not finished with Barcelona.
